<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat-back structure of a vehicle, not damaging cushioning properties even with a thin seat-back pad against probable deformation resulting from a load of a person sitting on the seat. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The seat-back structure of the vehicle includes a seat-back frame 1 having a resin frame body 11, and the seat-back pad 12 (composed of a cushioning body or the like in the use of a resin foam such as a polyurethane foam) supported by the frame 1, wherein the frame body 11 uses a laminated sheet that a natural-fiber seat backing (composed of ramie or the like) and a synthetic-fiber seat backing (composed of polyamide fibers/polyester fibers or the like) are laminated and adhesion-bonded by a rigid object of a mixture of lignin and an epoxy resin.
