PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure reinforcing strength without using a steel material even when a column is provided with a plurality of walls. SOLUTION: The concrete reinforcing structure 1 includes a fiber sheet 4 bonded to an outer peripheral surface of the column 2 except the part where the walls 3 exist. A plurality of through-holes 5 etc. penetrating the walls 3 in the direction of the thickness are formed in a first wall 3A, a second wall 3B and a third wall 3C, respectively, at intervals in the axial direction Y of the column 2. Fiber anchors 6 respectively pass through the through-holes 5 etc., and anchoring parts 6a, 6b on both ends of each of the fiber anchors 6 are fixed to a surface of the fiber sheet 4. The through-holes 5 formed in the adjacently arranged first wall 3A or the third wall 3C, and the through-holes 5 formed in the second wall 3B are arranged alternately at the positions deviated in the axial direction Y of the column.
