PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a germicide detergent composition for fingers having excellent biocidal efficacy against both Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria, excellent detergency, foaming properties, low irritation to the skin and storage stability. SOLUTION: The germicide detergent composition comprises (A) 0.05-25.0 mass% of a cationic germicide, (B) 0.005-5.0 mass% of 3-iodo-2-propynyl butylcarbamate, (C) 0.5-40.0 mass% of at least one of an ampholytic surfactant (c1) and a nonionic surfactant (c2) and (D) water.
