PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a V-belt driving type motor generator device capable of maintaining power transmission force of a V-belt at high level. SOLUTION: In a vehicle which carries out the power transmission between a crankshaft of an engine and a motor generator by the V-belt hung over a pulley, a speed adjustment mechanism for adjusting rotation speed of the V-belt in a certain range is incorporated in a crankshaft pulley provided for the crankshaft.
