PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for a communication device operable according to a push content communication scheme. SOLUTION: There is provided an apparatus for the communication device operable according to the push content communication scheme. The apparatus includes a notification processing characteristic identifier configured to identify at least a first selection notification processing characteristic, and a push content operator that receives an indication of the first selection notification characteristic and is adapted to receive the push content. The push content operator is configured to operate the push content by a scheme corresponding to a proper notification characteristic of the first selection notification processing characteristic.
