<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair turning assisting plate assisting horizontal turning of a wheelchair in a vehicle to easily turn the wheelchair even inside a comparatively small vehicle without impairing the appearance, a floor carpet for a vehicle, and a wheelchair housing vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This wheelchair turning assisting plate 1 is disposed on the floor of the vehicle 10, and provided with a turning assisting surface 3 at the top face to reduce frictional resistance when a wheel 6 of the wheelchair 5 turns in the horizontal direction.
