PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical muscle stimulation device for obtaining a sufficient training effect by imparting electric stimulation to muscles in the deep part of a body. SOLUTION: The electric muscle stimulation device for electrically stimulating the muscles in the deep part of a body of a user includes: at least a pair of electrodes to be brought into contact with the opposing positions of the body of the user respectively; and a supply part for supplying a low frequency pulse voltage between the pair of electrodes.
