PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily maintainable hair catcher capable of properly collecting hairs or the like on the downstream side. SOLUTION: The hair catcher has a contour tilted downward from the upstream side to the downstream side, wherein the hair catcher is formed with a raised part 44 rising substantially in a horizontal state from the highest outer peripheral side 42 on the upstream side toward the center shaft 41. The raised part 44 interrupts the rotation of the hairs in draining, and the hairs are led to slide down from the upstream side to the downstream side, preventing the hairs or the like from entangling with the shaft 41 to be collected on the downstream side.
