PURPOSE: A roller for an image forming device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have conductivity and realize small effects with a small conductive change. CONSTITUTION: A body(20) is formed on the outside of a shaft(10). A tube(30) is installed in the outside of the body. Both side parts of the tube contact both sides of the body. Both side parts of the tube are pressurized and heated, and fixed to both sides of the body. One edge section of both side parts of the tube is shaped round. Both sides of the tube are protruded and contact both sides of the body.
