<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous non-sweet binder composition, a food containing the binder composition and a method for producing the food containing the binder composition. <P>SOLUTION: The food is produced by using the aqueous non-sweet binder composition having a first viscosity at a first temperature effective for mixing with a food-constituting component and a second viscosity at a second temperature effective for binding the food-constituting component, containing a soluble fiber, a protein and a fat, and essentially free from a high calorie sweetener additive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
