摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell curing tool which inhibits growth of blood vessel smooth muscle cell and a manufacturing method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: This vasoconstriction part inserted base material is obtained by the following steps: (A) primate animal pluripotent stem cell is subjected to floatation culture in the presence of cytokine to make a germ layer analogous cell aggregation block or the like; (B) the germ layer analogous cell aggregation block or the like is subjected to adhesion culture in the presence of cytokine for differentiation into endothelial cell to make predetermined precursor cell containing floating cell and an adhesion cell; (C) separating the adhesion cell from the predetermined precursor cell; and (D) the endothelial cell produced by sub-adhesion culture of the adhesion cell is coated on a base material such as a stent. This base material produces fundamental medical treatment effects such as restraint on the growth of blood vessel smooth muscle cell and supplement of endothelial cell at the same time. The supplemented endothelial cell has self-amplifying capability, and its effect continues for a long period of time even after medical treatment, so that stent-free circulation reconstruction surgery can be achieved by using biological absorbable stent together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
