<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing jack mounting structure enabling a large and heavy jack to be swung without causing fall-down using a cotter whirl-stop plate and the cotter whirl-stop plate used for the mounting structure. <P>SOLUTION: Ends of the jack 2 are attached to poles 3 or frames 10 at both ends of a soil retaining panel with a swing connection device 5. The whirl-stop plate 7 of a cotter 52 is assembled to the mounting part of the swing connection device 5. The swing connection device 5 includes a connector member 51 which is inserted into the mounting hole of the pole 3 or the frame 10 and rotated to be secured, a fixed side member 50 joined to the connector member 51 with the fitting cotter 52, and a swing side member 54 connected to the fixed side member 50 through a hinge mechanism 53. The end of the jack 2 is joined to the swing side member 54. The whirl-stop plate 7 of the cotter 52 includes a cotter holding part 73 for constraining the position of the cotter 52 and a through-hole 70 through which the fixed side member 50 extends. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
