PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a recall ratio and a relevance ratio regarding extraction when a phrase whose relationship with a predetermined instance corresponds to a specific relationship on ontology is extracted from an input analysis target article.

SOLUTION: A relationship analysis section 10 extracts the phrase whose relationship with the predetermined instance corresponds to the specific relationship on ontology is extracted from the analysis target article, and an indirect relationship analysis section 20 extracts the indirectly related phrase whose relationship with the predetermined instance corresponds to a specific indirect relationship on ontology from the analysis target article.
