<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact electricity-feeding device capable of firstly obtaining the best performance and secondarily simply and easily attaining this. <P>SOLUTION: The non-contact electricity-feeding device A feeds electric power while providing an air gap g from a primary side 1 to a secondary side 2 based on mutual induction action of electro-magnetic induction and proximity/corresponding-positioned at non-contact. Further, the whole electric resistance r of a circuit of the secondary side 2, the air gap g, frequency f of electricity-feeding alternate current, a magnetic area S of formation magnetic flux and the winding number N<SB>2</SB>of a coil 8 of the secondary side 2 are mutually adjusted/set with magnetic permeabilityμ<SB>0</SB>of vacuum making a predetermined target equation as a criterion. Further, the coils 7, 8 of the non-contact electricity feeding device A are comprise a flat structure forming a circular or a square annular shape by winding them in the swirl form, and magnetic cores 14, 16 also comprise a flat structure.
