PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem that a large displacement of a nozzle is hardly obtained and blocking is liable to occur when delivering toner composition liquid, which has high viscosity and abundantly dispersed with solid materials, and accordingly it is impossible to stably and efficiently manufacture the toner. SOLUTION: An apparatus includes: a droplet jet unit 2 for periodically discharging a toner composition liquid 10, which is dispersed or dissolved with toner composition containing at least a resin and coloring agent, into a gaseous phase as a droplet 31; and a particulation means 3 for solidifying and drying the droplet 31. The droplet jet unit 2 includes a diaphragm 16 formed of a plurality of nozzles 15, and AC magnetic field generating means (core 22 and coil 23) for forming an AC magnetic field to vibrate a diaphragm 16. Consequently, the composition liquid 10 is jetted as the droplet 31 from the nozzle 15 by vibrating the diaphragm 16 with the AC magnetic field. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
