<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an amount of information of a path search result that can be obtained by one e-mail. <P>SOLUTION: When a mail for requesting path search described in a natural sentence is received from a user terminal 30, the natural sentence is analyzed by a natural language processing tool 12, and a path search condition of a means of transportation is extracted. A path search tool 13 specifies diagram information of a path candidate that matches the path search condition, and moreover, obtains the diagram information of one or a plurality of alternate paths on the same route as this path candidate, appointing a start predetermined time at the place of departure later than that of the path candidate, or the diagram information of the alternate paths on the same route as the path candidate, appointing an arrival predetermined time at the destination earlier than that of the path candidate. A main control part 10 merges the diagram information of the path candidate and the alternate paths, edits the merged diagram information into a reply sentence that can be displayed in one screen of the user terminal 30, and returns the edited replay sentence to the user terminal 30 by an e-mail. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
