PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized tablet which is excellent in tablet strength and disintegrability in spite of containing a medicine in a high concentration. SOLUTION: There is provided a tablet quickly disintegrating in oral cavity, which is a tablet containing tasteless or acidic medicine (A) of an average particle diameter of 0.1-40μm, a monosaccharide, an oligosaccharide, or a sugar alcohol (B) and a high-intensity sweetener and produced by preparing granules containing the medicine (A) and the monosaccharide, the oligosaccharide or the sugar alcohol (B) in such a way that the monosaccharide, the oligosaccharide, or the sugar alcohol (B) becomes an amorphous state and compression-molding the granules.
