<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block set for easily stacking block members in an arch shape all at once without using a bonding member at the contact part of the block members with each other. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The block set 1 includes: a block member set 2 for forming the arch shape in which outer peripheral sides form a quadrangle and a center lower part is cut off by stacking many flat block members 2A, 2B<SB>1</SB>, or the like of different shapes; and a block case 3 having a square bottom part 3a corresponding to the outer peripheral side of the block member set 2 formed into the arch shape, an upper side part 3b raised from the upper end of the bottom part 3a so as to abut on the upper surface of the block member set 2 formed into the arch shape, and a side part 3c raised from the side end of the bottom part 3a so as to abut on one outer side surface of the block member set 2 formed into the arch shape.
