PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-frequency interference therapeutic apparatus with rhythm stimulation capable of continuously applying a comfortable and fresh interference stimulation to an affected site of a human body. SOLUTION: This low-frequency interference therapeutic apparatus 5 amplitude-modulates carrier waves A and B to be output respectively to form the modulated carrier waves (a) and (b) with pulse waves added, applies the modulated carrier waves (a) and (b) to the human body and applies the interference stimulation and pulse amplitude modulated stimulation to the human body. Furthermore, this low-frequency interference therapeutic apparatus 5, with rhythm stimulation, includes a main control section 1, an output oscillation sections 2a and 2b, amplification sections 3a and 3b and a control section 4, wherein the carrier waves A and B output from the output oscillation sections 2a and 2b are amplitude-modulated at the amplification sections 3a and 3b by waveform command signals respectively, the amplitude-modulated carrier waves (a) and (b) generate an interference wave D having an expanded amplitude portion N in the interior of the human body, and the expanded amplitude portion N applies the pulse amplitude modulated stimulation to the human body.
