摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output image information of a spot where an accident or the like occurs on a road as road traffic information in consideration of privacy protection. SOLUTION: A roadside infrastructure 2 for information collection transmits moving image information which is a result of imaging a road traffic condition by a roadside camera 1 to a central center 5. A moving image information management part 6 of the central center 5 displays the transmitted moving image information on a display part 7 for a controller. When the controller inputs a command for privacy protection processing determination of the displayed moving image information, a privacy protection processing part 12 performs privacy protection processing of the moving image information. The central center 5 transmits the privacy-protected moving image information to an internal providing information generation processing part 16 in a facility infrastructure 15 or to an in-vehicle unit providing information generation processing part 20 in an information providing roadside infrastructure 19.
