PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber sheet for detecting the pressure change applied to bedding while a sleeping person breathes by optical fiber laid between the bedding and the sleeping person's body and measuring quickly and easily sleep apnea. SOLUTION: The optical fiber is wired snaking on an inside mat of a breathable sponge structure or mesh structure or between the mats of both structures to enable to measure a change in transmission signal light generated by excess loss caused by side pressure applied to the optical fiber.
