<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preventing sparks in a heating chamber generated when an accessory (an oven dish of a metal body) is erroneously used in dielectric cooking in a device capable of carrying dielectric cooking and electric cooking such as a microwave oven. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a multifunctionalized microwave oven, there are cases where the oven dish 21 to be used in electric heater cooking is erroneously used during dielectric cooking (microwave high frequency cooking ). To prevent this, a configuration of preventing cooking operation is provided by disposing a piezoelectric sensor 23 on a top part of a holding part 22 carrying out slide insertion of the oven dish 21 and a wall surface of a heating chamber 20, and allowing confirmation of presence or absence of the oven dish 21 during dielectric cooking.
