<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-tank facility capable of easily recognizing a basin part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A handwash basin 5 is constituted of a translucent synthetic resin so as to transmit lights from the back while diffusing. A reflective material 12 made of an aluminum foil or the like is arranged on an inner face of a periphery part. The lid 9 of an inner tank 8 has a function of a reflecting plate. A light source 13 is arranged between the lid 9 and a basin part 5a so as to project lights. When a user enters into a toilet room or conducting a flash operation for washing a toilet bowl, the light source 13 is switched on and lights from the light source 13 transmit the basin part 5a while diffusing.
