摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image of an object with little blur during movement of a robot arm. SOLUTION: A robot system includes: robot arms 23 and 25 having a picking hand 26 capable of holding the object 5 with the picking hand 26 provided to be movable; an imaging device 30 provided in the vicinity of the picking hand 26 to pick an image of the object 5 and to be movable; a sensor posture controller for controlling a posture of the imaging device 30 in association with the movement of the robot arms 23 and 25; an image processor capable of obtaining a position and a posture of the object 5 based on the image picked up by the imaging device 30; and a robot controller for controlling the picking hand 26 to bring the robot arm 25 close to have the object 5 held based on the position and the posture of the object 5 obtained by the image processor.
