PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve further simplification of a structure and reduction in weight and cost at once, and to enable a user to keep a relaxed posture to sprawl feet out forward in using a foot massaging device in a massaging chair equipped with a seat part, a backrest, and the foot massaging device provided in the front part of the seat part. SOLUTION: An advancing and retreating mechanism 15 continuously connected to the foot massaging device 5 is provided below the seat part. When the mechanism 15 makes an advancing movement to the front, the foot massaging device 5 floats in midair from a floor surface in the front of the seat part and proceeds to a using position U being a position to massage a lower limb of the user. When the mechanism 15 makes a retreating movement to the back, the foot massaging device 5 is housed in a housing position P formed below the seat part. Further, a rotation angle limiting member 50 which prevents an angle formed with a link 20 and the foot massaging device 5 from being a prescribed angleθor smaller is provided at a connecting part between the foot massaging device 5 and the link 20 which is connected to the foot massaging device 5 for rocking the foot massaging device forward and backward.
