METHOD AND CIRCUIT FOR DETECTING INTENSITY OF IGBT RECOIL HIGH VOLTAGE IN ELECTROMAGNETIC STOVE

A method for detecting intensity of IGBT recoil high voltage in electromagnetic stove, which includes the following steps: a recoil high voltage sampling circuit samples the C pole voltage of IGBT; a comparator compares the output voltage of the recoil high voltage sampling circuit and the limited standard voltage, detects ultralimit pulse signal of the IGBT recoil high voltage; a counter counts the ultralimit pulse signal outputting by the comparator, simultaneously, the ultralimit pulse signal triggers a timer to time; the timer sends a timing end signal to a CPU when regular time ends, the CPU reads the counting value of the counter, the counting value represents the intensity of IGBT recoil high voltage; the CPU outputs reset signal to clear the counter and reset the timer.
