PURPOSE: An optical filter and a display device using the same are provided to enhance the design of the display device by expressing an artistic picture in a screen unit when the display device is turned off. CONSTITUTION: A first metal thin film layer(12) is formed on a first side of a base film. A second metal thin film layer is formed on a second side of the base film(11). The second metal thin film layer(13) is etched into a set pattern. The first metal thin film layer and the second metal thin film layer are respectively formed with first metal and second metal that are different from each other. An electromagnetic wave shielding layer is formed in the side of the first metal thin film layer.
