A bulk feeder which can supply parts to a take-out opening at short intervals of time. A bulk feeder is provided with a containing chamber (14); a rotor (40); permanent magnets (40d) provided to the rotor (40); a circular arc guide groove (13b) for containing parts (EC1) with the longitudinal direction thereof aligned with a predetermined direction and moving the parts upward with the longitudinal direction thereof maintained the same; a circular arc supply path (15) into which the parts (EC1), moving within the guide groove (13b), are taken through a take-in opening (15a) and which causes the parts (EC1) to move upward with the longitudinal direction thereof aligned with a predetermined direction; and a take-out opening (16) which is open in the upper surface and out of which the parts (EC1), having been moved through the supply path (15) to be supplied to the tip of the supply path (15) and having the longitudinal direction thereof oriented in a predetermined direction, are taken out. The center of one magnetic pole of each of the permanent magnets (40d) is located on a predetermined circular trajectory, the center of said magnetic pole of each of the permanent magnets (40d) faces both the inside of the guide groove (13b) and the inside of the supply path (15), and two flat surfaces (FP1, FP2) are provided on the outer side and the inner side of the guide groove (13b), to which said magnetic pole of each of the permanent magnets (40d) faces, so as to sandwich the guide groove (13b) and to be flush with each other.
