<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-glucide fermented beverage having improved flavor. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the low-glucide fermented beverage having a glucide concentration of≤2.9 g/100 mL includes mixing an alcohol-containing material (component A) obtained by fermenting a liquid at least containing wheat and water, with an alcohol-containing distillate (component B) obtained by distilling the alcohol-containing material obtained by fermenting the liquid at least containing the wheat and the water so that the mixed ratio (volume ratio) of the component A to the component B may be from 999:1 to 992:8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
