PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily display a medial image which includes drawing. SOLUTION: An apparatus for displaying medical images includes display means for displaying a plurality of medical images, and control means for making storage means store identification information showing that the drawing is made in the medical image when the operation of drawing is performed on the displayed medical image. The control means extracts the medial image on which drawing is made out of the plurality of medical images based on the stored identification information and makes the display means display it (Step S23) when the display of the medical image on which drawing is made is instructed (Step S22: Y).
