PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating part structure of a working vehicle arranged with a lever guide, a plurality of manually operable operation members and an arm rest at one directional side in the width direction of an operating seat and while improving the operability of the operating members, capable of preventing operational error for the operating members. SOLUTION: The operating part structure of a working vehicle is provided by constituting the lever guide 97 so as to straddle over a floor member 94 extending between the operating seat 92 and a fender 91 arranged at the one directional side in the machine body width direction of the operating seat 92 and the fender 91, also constituting the arm rest 93 so that an arm rest body 931 on which an operator can lay an arm, is positioned in the upper direction than the lever guide 97 and also at a halfway part in the machine body width direction of the lever guide 97, and arranging at least one of the operating members 72, 73 at an inner side in the machine body width direction and at an outer side respectively, by nipping the arm rest body 931.
