发明名称 COMBUSTION CONTROL METHOD AND COMBUSTION CONTROL DEVICE OF WASTE MELTING FURNACE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability of a steam generation amount of the boiler of a waste melting facility by making response of combustion control of a waste melting furnace faster in a waste treatment facility. SOLUTION: In the waste treatment facility, waste is charged into the waste melting furnace 1, and air is fed to the waste melting furnace for pyrolyzing, burning, and melting the waste. Inflammable gas and inflammable material generated by pyrolyzing, burning, and melting the waste is burnt in a combustion chamber 4. The combustion exhaust gas is heat-recovered through the boiler 6. The combustion exhaust gas after the heat recovery which passes through a temperature reducing tower 8 is cooled by water spray and is exhausted from a chimney stack 11. Regulation values are respectively set for gas temperature of the combustion chamber 4, the steam amount of the boiler 6, outlet temperature of the temperature reducing tower 8, and opening of the spray water flow rate adjustment valve 8a of the temperature reducing tower 8. When at least one of the gas temperature of the combustion chamber, the steam amount of the boiler, the outlet temperature of the temperature reducing tower, and the opening of the spray water flow rate adjustment valve of the temperature reducing tower becomes the regulation value, a fed air amount and/or a fed oxygen amount of the waste melting furnace is changed.
