PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve a residual image of a moving object image with high speed operation, even if a display means having slow responsibility is used. SOLUTION: The moving object image drawing device 10 draws the moving object image as a moving image on a display image displayed on a display means 15. The device includes a drawing position specifying means P1 to specify the drawing position of the moving object image at the display screen, a past drawing position storage means 16 to memorize the past drawing positions over a prescribed number of times of drawing the moving object image in the past, a residual image relaxation range detection means P2 which detects the residual image relaxation region of the moving object image from the drawing position to the past drawing position, a residual image relaxation image drawing means P3 which draws the residual image relaxation image at the residual image relaxation region of the display means 15 which is detected by the residual image relaxation region detection means P2, and a moving object image drawing means P4 which draws the moving object image at the drawing position of the display means 15 which is specified by the drawing position specifying means P1.
