PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable (meth)acrylic resin composition capable of obtaining a cured colorless article with sufficient elongation cured under an ordinary temperature or heating, being excellent in transparency without a bubble and being excellent in flexibility while provided with proper hardness; and to provide a laminated material intermediate membrane using this. SOLUTION: The curable (meth)acrylic resin composition contains (A) 10-40 pts.mass of a (meth)acrylic polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer component containing (a-1) 30-80 mass% of methyl methacrylate and (a-2) 20-70 mass% of a (meth)acrylic radical polymerizable monomer other than the methyl methacrylate, (B) 25-65 pts.mass of methyl methacrylate, and (C) 25-65 pts.mass of a (meth)acrylic radical polymerizable monomer represented by a specific formula.
