PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating resin composition having excellent processability, squeeze processability, chemical resistance and corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: The coating resin composition comprises a polyester resin (A) and a curing agent (B). The polyester resin (A) comprises: 50-100 mol% aromatic dicarboxylic acid, 0-50 mol% aliphatic and/or alicyclic dicarboxylic acid and <30 mol% aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, as an acid component; and 5-40 mol% alkylene oxide adduct of bisphenol A and/or bisphenol F and 5-95 mol% alkylene glycol and/or diethylene glycol having ≥5C in the main chain, as a glycol component. The curing agent (B) is reactive with the polyester resin. The alkylene glycol having ≥5C in the main chain is 1,5-pentane diol and/or 3-methyl-1,5-pentane diol. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
