PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in impact resistance, especially in low-temperature planar impact strength and excellent in fluidity, and to provide a molded product thereof. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition is a resin composition formed by compounding 1 to 99 wt.% of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (A), 1 to 99 wt.% of an aromatic polyester resin (B) based on 100 wt.% total of the aromatic polycarbonate resin (A) and the aromatic polyester resin (B), and 0.01 to 4 pts.wt. of a polyfunctional compound (C), having three or more functional groups, provided that the total amount of (A) the aromatic polycarbonate resin and (B) the aromatic polyester resin is 100 pts.wt., wherein the aromatic polycarbonate resin (A) and a polybutylene terephthalate resin (B) have a bicontinuous structure of the two phases with a structural period of 0.01 to 1.0 μm, or a dispersed structure with intergranular distance of 0.001 to 1 μm.
