PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make water hardly stay in a cap closing a connecting opening for a container in a drinking water storing tool for a server. SOLUTION: In the drinking water storing tool equipped with a container 1 which is attached and detached to/from a drinking water server S for feeding a drinking water w to a water storing tank 10 of the drinking water server S and can be connected with a water introducing pipe 11 communicating with the water storing tank 10, the container 1 is formed with a connection opening 2 connected with the water introducing pipe 11, and a cap 40 for closing the connection opening 2 is fixed. The cap 40 includes a cylindrical outer peripheral part 50 fixed on the connection opening 2 and a cylindrical penetrating part 51 arranged inside the outer peripheral part 50, and the inside of the penetrating part 51 is made a through-hole 41. Under a condition that the container 1 faces downward, an introducing part 53 for preventing the drinking water w from entering a space between the penetrating part 51 and the outer peripheral part 50 is provided over the whole periphery around a cylindrical shaft on the outer periphery of the penetrating part 51.
