<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orienting and laminating device for wood chips, capable of smoothly laminating a wood mat having an excellent orientation of wood chip and thick thickness. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The orienting and laminating device which is a device for orienting and laminating the wood chips mixed with a binder includes a supply means for the wood chips mixed with the binder, an orientation means for orienting the wood chips mixed with the binder supplied from the supply means, and a conveying means where the wood chips mixed with the binder pass through the orientation means and laminated in an oriented state in the form of a mat and a laminated mat to be laminated is conveyed. The orientation means is equipped with a plurality of orientation plates vertically provided in approximately parallel to the conveying direction by the conveying means of the laminated mat so as to form the clearance for orienting therebetween, and equipped with a vibration applying means for applying the vibration to the orientation plate. The conveying means is controlled so that, after the wood chips passed through the orientation plate and mixed with the binder, are dropped and laminated inside or in a frame body, a cylindrical body or a case body and made to be the laminated mat, the laminated mat is conveyed or moved along with the frame body, the cylindrical body or the case body.
