PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure for an underwater apparatus holding structure, which improves the work efficiency when installing or removing the underwater apparatus holding structure to or from the support structure, and prevents the holding structure under the sea or water from corrosion and deterioration due to aging. SOLUTION: The support structure 30 for the underwater apparatus holding structure has: an upper support structure 31 that horizontally protrudes from a part of a side surface of a base 3 above the water surface; and a lower support structure 32 made of concrete that horizontally protrudes from a part of the side surface of the base below the water surface. A through hole 33 is formed in the lower support structure 32 so that the through hole has an upward sloping inner surface 34. A box 54 having a side surface 53 of an outer surface shape corresponding to the inner surface 34 to which an underwater apparatus holding structure 50 is attached so that a side 7 of the underwater apparatus is in the lower position, is engaged with the through hole 33.
