PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front wheel suspension device 10 of a bicycle with a simple constitution allowing securing of a desired trail length as necessary, even if a frame body F has a forward-leaning attitude due to contraction of a suspension part 2 on a front wheel W side during braking, and obtaining of a desired wheel base length. SOLUTION: This front wheel suspension device 10 is constituted of the suspension part 2 provided in a handle stem 1 for steering the front wheel W of the bicycle B to perform an extending and contracting operation in a shaft A1 direction of the handle stem 1 according to load, a handle stem tilting mechanism part 3 for tilting the handle stem 1 relatively to the frame body F according to the extending and contracting operation of the suspension part 2, and a front fork tilting mechanism part 5 for tilting a front fork 4 journaling the front wheel W relatively to the handle stem 1 according to the extending and contracting operation of the suspension part 2.
