The invention relates to a brake servo unit comprising a valve piston (9) with a concentric seal seat (47). Said seal seat projects axially beyond a second seal seat (16) and the concentric seal seat (47) has at least one recess (48) for restricting the volumetric air flow. This permits the regulation and the noise behaviour of the brake servo unit to be improved.
