PURPOSE: An integrated information system and a method thereof for offering weather information with a photographic image about a specific area are provided to accurately inform region information by supplying conditions with photograph image. CONSTITUTION: A camera unit(30) generates broadcasting image by photographing a specific region. A sensor unit(10) generates virtual weather data. One or more sensor nodes(20) receives a message weather data. An overlay processor(40) generates the broadcasting picture and weather data. A central processor uses a CDMA mode. A control server transmits weather data on the composite screen. |
