PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to improve brightness by increasing a coating area of a fluorescent layer. CONSTITUTION: A rear substrate(10) and a front substrate face each other and are separated with a preset space. A partition(40) sets a discharge cell(17) by partitioning the space between the rear substrate and the front substrate. An address electrode is extended to a first direction on the rear substrate to correspond to the discharge cell. A first electrode and a second electrode are extended to the second direction cross the first direction on the front substrate to cross the address electrode corresponding to the discharge cell and are arranged in parallel. A fluorescent layer is coated inside the discharge cell.
