PURPOSE: A method for treating photothermal cancer using TiO_2/NaCl suspension is provided to minimize normal cell damage and to simply remove tumor. CONSTITUTION: A method for treating photothermal cancer using TiO_2/NaCl suspension comprises: a step of preparing TiO_2/NaCl suspension containign TiO_2 nanoparticles and saline solution; a step of stirring in TiO_2/NaCl suspension with citric acid or antibody to functionalize the suspension; a step of injecting the TiO_2/NaCl suspension into blood vessel and radiating near infrared ray to tumor site; and a step of generating heat and to remove tumor.
