<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently support confirmation of the validity of numerical information, in document data. <P>SOLUTION: An important expression extracting unit 16 of a document data processing apparatus 100 reads an important expression extraction/message creation rule dictionary, from a dictionary information storage unit 13 of a storage device 12; and if an extraction pattern of the dictionary and an input sentence match, it extracts an important expression, according to the matching expression in the input sentence that matches the extraction pattern. By using the important expression extracted by the important expression extracting unit 16, a message creating unit 18 refers to a message for presenting a user with the important expression in the important expression extraction/message creation rule dictionary.
