<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the angle of a monitor screen to be adjusted at the service position of a monitor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A monitor stay 4 mounting a monitor M thereon is subjected to a pop-up operation by the loading operation (the movement in the right and left direction) of a gear unit 3. At the erection position of the monitor M, the position of the gear unit 3 is detected by a gear unit position detection means 32, and the loading operation of the gear unit 3 is controlled to adjust the angle of erection of the monitor stay 4.
