PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor presenting an appropriate composition candidate even when a desirable composition range is located outside the range of a field angle or the like; and to provide an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The image processor includes: an image acquisition part for acquiring first to n-th frame images; a laminated image creation part for creating a laminated image by executing a lamination process of the acquired first to n-th frame images; and a composition candidate determination part for executing a determination process of a composition candidate region including an object of the laminated image based on the created laminated image.
