PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image processing apparatus capable of acquiring an appropriate radiation image without depending on the quality of the radiation applied to a subject. SOLUTION: The radiation image processing apparatus includes: an image processing condition storing part (78) for storing image processing conditions corresponding to a plurality of irradiation conditions for the radiation (X) to be applied to the subject (64); an image processing condition selecting part (76) for selecting the image processing conditions corresponding to the respective irradiation conditions; and an image processing part (80) for processing the radiation image of the subject (64) captured according to the selected image processing condition.
