PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for reinforcing ground, which can simply and inexpensively reinforce the ground. SOLUTION: This construction method for reinforcing the ground on a demolition site when another building is newly constructed on the demolition site after the demolition of a building made of concrete includes: a demolition step of demolishing the building made of the concrete; a frame body installation step of installing a frame body 10b, which is made of a geotextile, which has a bottom surface 11 and a side surface 12 integrated together and which has a top surface opened, on the ground 100 on the demolition site or in the surface layer part of the ground 100; a filling step of infilling a concrete-ground material 20, which is produced in the demolition step, up to a predetermined height into the frame body 10b, after the frame body installation step; and a top surface forming step of forming the top surface 13 of the frame body 10b from the geotextile integrated with the side surface of the frame body 10b, after the filling step.
