PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating element which has a sufficient load durability and corrosion resistance, and can be manufactured inexpensively. SOLUTION: This is a heating element 20 which has a contact area 200 in which the other conductor wires 2 for supplying electric energy are conduction coupled with at least one conductor wire 1 for heating a heating zone 100, and is the heating element 20 for heating especially a user contact surface in the cabin of a vehicle. The heating element 20 has at least one auxiliary conductor 3 installed which makes at least a part of electric bridging wires to bridge a malfunction portion be formed at the malfunction portion, when at least one of the conductor wires 1 and the other conductor wires 2 has had a malfunction locally.
